Exceptions : No deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays (unless otherwise stated)

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Kindly take note that you are not able to modify your order or last-minute cancellation upon confirmation of purchase online. All orders confirmation are non-refundable or transferable. Please contact us if you have any issue to order and you need to change your order before the cut-off time which is 2 hours upon your purchase.

We are unable to accommodate requests for time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations. We will call you before we heading to your house. All delivery to condominium/ apartment, as we are not allowed to access to your units, our driver will wait at Guard House.

 

If you are not around at the time of delivery?

Please note that we will only call you three times, if we are unable to reach you, due to whatever reasons, or you do not pick up the call, we will leave it on the front door or at the guardhouse (for apartment and condominium).

Orders are delivered ONCE. If the recipient is not home/office and will like to reschedule then there will be additional delivery cost for second delivery attempt once deliveryman has returned to our office.

We are happy to give advice on anything from seafood to natives food to our loyal customers.

Many of our customers come to us for products that are not readily available or are delicacies in some cultures and other neighbouring countries like Malaysia.

Let us help by filling out the special order form below or contact us , and we will do our best to accommodate your need.

Return & Shipping Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we ask you to contact us within 4 hrs of delivery. When appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund of money depend on the circumstance.

You may refund/replace your item due to any of the following reasons:

  1. Wrong product – The product SKU does not match the quotation / invoice / receipt.
  2. Damaged – The product SKU arrived with damaged exterior packaging. The item should remain unopened, and 3 clear photographs should be taken of the product.
  3. Defective – The product SKU arrived with damaged interiors, only noticeable after packaging has been opened.

We believe in our highest quality products so much that if you are not 100% satisfied with a purchased from our website, you can return the item(s) immediately to our deliveryman in the original condition with an (Inv #) in order to qualify for a refund or replacement and attach the 3 clear photographs along with a description of the reason.

Natigoo reserves the right for the final decision after verify the condition of the products.

Natigoo reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.

The seafood will be packed frozen and kept cold and placed in a sturdy, reusable cooler bag. All shipments are dropped off and need to be unpacked upon receipt. The seafood should be immediately placed either in the refrigerator, freezer or prepared. Therefore, you must notify the person that is receiving the package, if this is a gift.
